Farm to Table Cuisine
Join us Friday and Saturday nights at Vue Restaurant to experience our new Farm to Table cuisine. Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa has partnered with VR Green Farms of San Clemente, California to procure the freshest, naturally grown local organic produce for its menu.
With a different seasonal menu each week, guests may select from a special four-course Farm to Table menu. Offerings will showcase the variety and sustainability of local markets to provide seasonal menu experiences. Recent Farm to Table menu specialties have included Alaska Weathervane Scallops with charred corn kernels, heirloom tomatoes and beets, as well as Filet Medallions with butternut squash, asparagus, bell pepper and carrots.
