During your day at the Spa, work out in our 2,500-square-foot Fitness Center featuring Star Trac treadmill, elliptical, upright bike, recumbent bike and stair stepper, all with flat screen TVs, and Life Fitness strength training equipment, so don't forget your work out clothes!

Our full-service destination Spa offers 14,000 square feet of facilities for treatments and relaxation. Enjoy and relax in our separate men's and women's changing areas with private lockers, whirlpool, wet steam and dry sauna rooms, and Swiss showers with 14 shower heads, after any workout or tough day at the office! Bathing suits are optional!

Yoga - 60 minutes
Enjoy this ancient form of exercise and increase your strength, balance and tranquility all at the same time. Yoga offers a calm and soothing approach towards total nurturing of body and mind.
Saturday and Sunday at 9:30am on the Del Mar Lawn, weather/events permitting. $30 per person. Please call the Spa to make a reservation.
Matt Pilates - 90 minutes
This great outdoor exercise starts with core conditioning through proper Pilates instruction and weight resistance through use of exercise bands.

Woman only' Beach Boot Camp - 60 minutes
Looking for a fun powerful workout? Boot camp offers functional training through full body movements, dynamic stretching, core conditioning through balance, form and stability. Short bursts of aerobic exercise through running, jumping, plyometrics and weight bearing exercise. Burn calories and increase your heart rate with this workout.
Tuesday and Thursdays at 8:00am held at Salt Creek Beach, (10mins from the resort) $30 per person. Please call the spa to make a reservation.
Beach Boot Camp for all - 60 minutes
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:15am and 9:00am held at the North end of San Clemente Pier (near Pull up bars)

Flexibility & Core - 60 minutes
Flexibility is one of the five components of fitness. Without flexibility muscles become imbalanced and one may experience pain, stiffness and aching joints. Flexibility enhances all other athletic skills. We will take you through a series of stretches, core strengthening and muscular balance moves. Please bring exercise mat or towel.

Cross Training Sculpt - 60 minutes
Sculpt your way to fitness by using medicine balls and exercise tubing. This group exercise class will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic energy system. Functional training through full body movements, core conditioning through balance, form and stability. Short bursts of anaerobic exercise through plyometics, jump robe and relays, involving full body movements.
Tuesdays at 4:30pm at Lantern Bay Park Amphlitheature $30 per person. Please call ahead to make reservations.
Smart Bells Sculpt - 60 minutes
Smart bell offers functional training through full body movements, core conditioning through balance, form and stability with short bursts of aerobic exercise through pylometrics using state of the art Smart bells.
Saturdays at 8:00am in Lantern Bay Park - grassy area infront of the Resort. $30 per person. Please call the spa to make a reservation.
Stand Up Paddling - 90 minutes
Allow us to make your experience a memory that lasts a lifetime! work out on the water with Stand Up Paddling, increase your upper body strength, balance and aerobic capacity. Bathing suits and water shoes a must!
Days and Times vary each month so please call ahead to make reservations - 6 limited. This fun class is held at Baby Beach in Dana Point, which is 5 minutes from the Resort. $65 per person.
Ocean Kayaking - 90 minutes
Learn to ocean kayak as you watch the sunset over the beautiful pacific ocean while getting a great upper body workout. Bathing suits are a must for this fun exercise.
Days and Times Vary each month so please call ahead to make reservations - 6 limited. This class meets at the Dana Point JetSki dock, $45 per person. Please call the spa to make a reservation.
Move, Strength and Stretch - 60 minutes
Note sure what class to take? Try a variety class, start with 15 minutes of Nordic walking, then move your way to 15 minutes of Body Sculpting using medicine balls and exercise tubing. Strengthen your core increasing stability for 15 minutes before you finish with 15 minutes of Yoga.
