Loss Prevention
Director of Loss Prevention (1) Full Time - Director of Security is responsible for providing a safe and secure hotel environment for our guests and associates through effective leadership to our security team. Prior law enforcement, security or other military experience is preferred; a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the security industry is required.
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to be a solid leader and to develop the associates reporting to them. Must be self motivated and able to work under minimal supervision and open availabilty with regards to scheduling. Strong customer service skills and a strong drive for associate satisfaction will be vital in success in this role. Must also have strong problem solving skills and be able to provide specific examples relating to positive problem resolutions.
Position requires current California Guard Card
HOURLY JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Housekeeping
Room Attendant (2) Full Time - Housekeeper is responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of guestrooms and other assigned areas. Requirements include: the ability to lift, bend, move heavy equipment; remain on one's feet for extended periods of time; and an individual who is team oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that IHR's highest cleanliness standards are met.
At least 3 months of previous housekeeping experience preferred with the ability to concentrate on and complete multiple priorities. Must be able to communicate the English language and be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds as well as walk long distances for extended periods of time.
ALL Food & Beverage Positions Require CA Food Handler's Card Prior to Employment. ALL Loss Prevention Positions Require CA Guard Card.
